Founded in 2007, Kuta Consulting brings together a first-class consultant team and an extensive talent network, with a deep understanding of how multinationals hire. Operating in line with China's relevant HR policies, we deliver end-to-end human-resources solutions — mid-to-senior management and technical talent search, personnel secondment, flexible staffing, RPO and service outsourcing.
Since its founding, KUTA has concentrated on manufacturing, energy, chemicals, aviation, engineering & technical services, inspection services and marine engineering. That focus, backed by strong search capability, has produced an outstanding record in identifying and placing talent across these industries — and a long-term role as the partner of choice for our clients' mid-to-senior hiring.
More recently, as Chinese engineering and manufacturing companies expand overseas, KUTA has built two differentiating capabilities on top of its core business: project-based staffing for overseas projects (Contract + mobilization support) and local talent networks across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Both are already delivering for multiple overseas EPC and chemical projects.
