Engineering Staffing for New-build Projects
A new plant, a new line or a major expansion needs dozens of engineers and technicians at precisely the right moment in the schedule. KUTA builds that workforce discipline by discipline, and releases it cleanly when the project hands over.
Project Manpower Is a Schedule Problem
Recruiting for a plant that does not yet exist is not the same as filling permanent vacancies. The requirement is driven by construction sequence, not by headcount budget: civil crews are needed first and released first, commissioning specialists arrive last and matter most.
KUTA plans the requirement against your construction schedule, sources by discipline and certificate, and mobilises in batches — so people arrive when the site can actually use them, rather than all at once or too late.
Peak Cover
Extra hands for the fabrication, erection and pre-commissioning peaks without permanent additions to payroll
Verified Competence
Welding, electrical, lifting and safety certificates checked and recorded before anyone travels
Clean Demobilisation
Release dates agreed up front, with handover documentation and an orderly exit at project close
Typical Project Situations
Greenfield Construction
A new plant or production line where the owner has no local engineering team to draw on yet
Expansion & Revamp
Brownfield tie-ins and debottlenecking work that must be delivered inside a short shutdown window
Overseas Delivery
Projects in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, where local recruitment alone cannot fill the schedule
What a Staffing Delivery Includes
Everything between the approved manpower plan and a productive person on site.
Discipline-by-discipline Sourcing
Targeted search by discipline, certificate and plant type, so candidates have done this kind of work before.
Qualification Verification
Trade certificates, safety training and site-access requirements verified and documented before mobilisation.
Contracts & Payroll
Project-based contracts, insurance and payroll administration handled for every person we place.
Phased Mobilisation
Batches released against the construction schedule, with replacements covered if someone drops out before travel.
Questions Clients Ask First
Can you cover a whole discipline, not just individuals?
Yes. We staff by discipline and by phase, from a handful of specialists to a full construction or commissioning team, based on the approved manpower plan.
How early should we engage you?
As soon as the construction schedule is firm — typically four to eight weeks before the first batch is required on site, and earlier for scarce disciplines.
Can strong performers join us permanently?
Yes. Conversion terms are agreed in the original contract, so high performers can transfer to your own payroll at project close.
What happens when the project ends?
Release dates and demobilisation terms are locked before signing; exits are staggered to match the schedule and handover documentation is completed.
Staff the schedule, not the org chart.
