EOR & Payroll
You have found the right person, but you have no entity in their country. Under an employer-of-record arrangement KUTA employs them on your behalf — compliantly, on your terms — while you direct the work.
Employed by Us, Managed by You
Setting up a legal entity in a new country takes months and carries ongoing obligations. An employer-of-record arrangement lets you hire before the entity exists: KUTA signs the employment contract, runs payroll and meets the local statutory obligations, while day-to-day direction of the work stays with your team.
It is usually the right answer for a first hire in a new market, for a small in-country team supporting a project, or for testing a market before committing to incorporation.
| Dimension | Your Own Entity | EOR with KUTA |
|---|---|---|
| Time to first hire | Months of incorporation, registration and banking | Weeks, working to an agreed start date |
| Fixed cost | Entity maintenance, local finance and HR overhead | Per-employee service fee, no standing entity cost |
| Employer obligations | Yours, from day one | Held by KUTA as employer of record |
| Day-to-day management | Your managers | Your managers — we do not direct the work |
| Exit path | — | Transfer to your own entity once it is established |
